If you HAVE NOT received a tracking number yet, here's the process:
- Navigate to the Contact Form in the Help Center by clicking HERE.
- Fill in your full name and the email address you entered at checkout.
- Select the subject "Order cancellation request" from the dropdown list.
- Include your six-digit order number and reason for cancellation in the message section.
- Optionally, attach any relevant files associated with your order or cancellation request.
- Submit the contact form by clicking Send.
- We will perform the requested order cancellation and confirm completion via email.
