Can I cancel my order?Updated a year ago


Yes, but the cancellation process depends on your location and the current shipping status of your order.

If you HAVE NOT received a tracking number yet, here's the process:

  1. Navigate to the Contact Form in the Help Center by clicking HERE.
  2. Fill in your full name and the email address you entered at checkout.
  3. Select the subject "Order cancellation request" from the dropdown list. 
  4. Include your six-digit order number and reason for cancellation in the message section. 
  5. Optionally, attach any relevant files associated with your order or cancellation request. 
  6. Submit the contact form by clicking Send.
  7. We will perform the requested order cancellation and confirm completion via email.

If you HAVE received a tracking number, here's the process:

  1. Navigate to the Contact Form in the Help Center by clicking HERE.
  2. Fill in your full name and the email address you entered at checkout.
  3. Select the subject "Order return request" from the dropdown list. 
  4. Include your six-digit order number and reason for cancellation in the message section. 
  5. Optionally, attach any relevant files associated with your order or cancellation request. 
  6. Submit the contact form by clicking Send.
  7. We will initiate the order return request by emailing you the next steps.
