How do I change the shipping address for my order?Updated 2 years ago

If your order has not been shipped, then the process is simple. Here's how to do it:

1. Navigate to the Contact Form in the Help Center by clicking HERE.
2. Fill in your full name and the email address you entered at checkout.
3. Select the subject "Update Shipping Address" from the dropdown list. 
4. Include your six-digit order number and new shipping address in the message section. 
5. Optionally, attach any relevant files associated with your order or request. 
6. Submit the Contact Form by clicking Send.
7. We will perform the requested address change and confirm the completion of your request via email ASAP.
