Troubleshoot Tracking IssuesUpdated a year ago

  • Please begin by entering your tracking number and tracking your shipment on the all-in-one package tracking service, linked HERE.
  • If a shipping carrier name was mistakenly not provided to you, click the Carrier (Auto-Detect) button before clicking the Track button. 
  • If this auto-detect shipping carrier feature isn't working properly and you receive the error message: "The carrier hasn't updated any tracking result or the tracking number/carrier info is incorrect", then complete the following troubleshooting steps:
  1. Enter your tracking number on the same website mentioned above or linked HERE, then click Track. You'll be directed to a page that displays the previously mentioned error message and invalid shipping carrier name.
  2. Click on the auto-generated, invalid shipping carrier name, which is highlighted in blue, then click Select Carrier. 
  3. Choose a different shipping carrier from the below list of approved HoloGear shipping carriers. Start by choosing the bolded shipping carrier names for your country. These shipping carriers have proven not to auto-detect well, but they're very well-trusted and proven shipping carriers of ours.
    • Domestic/US Orders: YunExpress, USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
    • Canada or EU Orders: All of the above, plus YANWEN, or TY (Special Line)
    • Australia Orders: All of the above, plus 4PX
